
Krispy Kreme Fundraiser
One of our largest and EASIEST fundraisers is selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts every Friday morning to students and staff. Each seller earns $30 towards their music accounts to help pay for fees, field trips, uniforms, or anything that is needed to avoid paying out of pocket. You may sign up for multiple Friday sells.

How Could You Help?
Here are some regular needs for our music program.
Volunteer Needs:
→ Krispy Kreme Deliveries for Friday morning fundraisers (7:15am)

→Fundraiser coordinator for Fall Concert
​
→Secretary- keeps parents informed via email, phone, or social media of music events and deadlines
​
→Treasurer- collects money for student accounts and fundraisers. Balances music dept budget
​
→Chaperone- assist the band and chorus students on trips. Chaperones will be considered first by number of volunteer hours. We prefer students regularly interact with these adults before supervising them out of our home area
​
→Trip Nurse- nurse who keeps track of student health needs and medications while away
​
→Uniform Parent- measures students for uniforms. Places and tracks uniform orders
​
→Bus/Trailer Driver- helps deliver student equipment to events. CDL drivers needed to drive the bus but not trailer
​
→Photographer- photographs and documents music dept events and share on our social media
​
→Senior Banquet coordinator and helpers
→Pageant Fundraiser Volunteers
